User Agreement

Thyre User Agreement

Effective date: October 16, 2026
By creating an account or using Thyre, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate contact information and keep it current. Unless we approve otherwise, each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Registration and Referrals

Registration may be completed directly or through a valid referral link or code. A referral code identifies a referral relationship but does not represent employment, agency, ownership, endorsement, or a guarantee of rewards. Users must not distribute referral links through spam, misleading claims, impersonation, automated messaging, or unsolicited bulk communications. Referral and reward eligibility is governed by the rules displayed in the service at the time of the relevant activity.

3. Service, Tasks, and Rewards

Thyre provides digital content interaction, account, task, referral, and reward features. Availability, limits, eligibility, and reward amounts may depend on the rules displayed for a feature. Displayed or historical rewards do not guarantee future rewards. Thyre is not a bank account, savings product, or guarantee of profit, and account balances are not represented as government-insured deposits. Nothing in the service constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice.

4. Deposits, Purchases, and Withdrawals

Before confirming a transaction, review the amount, asset or currency, destination address, fees, processing conditions, and any applicable limits. Blockchain and other external payment transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for verifying transaction details and using only payment methods you are authorized to use. We may delay or restrict a transaction when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorized activity, sanctions, legal requirements, payment disputes, technical errors, or account security. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Thyre to violate law; impersonate another person or Thyre personnel; access another user’s account; create duplicate or fictitious accounts to obtain rewards; manipulate tasks, referrals, transactions, or system controls; submit false payment evidence; introduce malware; scrape or disrupt the service without authorization; send spam or deceptive promotions; launder funds; or infringe the rights of others. Nothing in this section prevents a user from making a truthful review, lawful complaint, regulatory report, or good-faith security report.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates this agreement, threatens users or the service, is connected to fraud or unlawful activity, or must be restricted to comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support. Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights relating to completed transactions, outstanding disputes, or legally required records.

7. Service Availability and Disclaimers

We work to keep Thyre available and accurate, but services may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thyre is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, specific rewards, profits, or outcomes. Nothing in this agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thyre Media Group Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Thyre. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory protections available under the law of your place of residence. Before filing a formal claim, you and Thyre should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter by contacting [email protected]. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. We will post the revised terms with an updated date and provide additional notice when required. If a material change requires consent, we will request it before the change applies. Continued use after the effective date of other changes constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
